**_What's happening?_** We are currently experiencing a delay in activating new Direct Debit mandates as a result of a provider downtime. **_What this means for you?_** Although you might be able to link new accounts and create new mandates, it may take longer than usual before the mandate can be charged. **_What can you do now?_** You can continue linking accounts, and the mandates created on them will eventually be chargeable. **You can also complete payments with already linked accounts and other channels e.g. Pay with Transfer (PwT), Cards etc.** We're working with our processing partner to get this resolved as quickly as possible, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Our team has implemented a workaround for this and mandate activation timelines are back to normal.
