Since 1 October, 00:00 (EEST), we are experiencing issues with the following features: - Card details (card number and CVV code) cannot be viewed in the Paysera app. - Recently renewed cards may not be activated. - Checking the card balance, viewing the PIN code and adding a card to Apple Pay or Google Pay may fail or take longer than usual. Our team is working with our card processing partner to restore these features. We will post an update here as soon as we know more.

We are still working with our card processing partner to resolve the issue. In addition to the features listed earlier, top-ups of Paysera Visa cards may be delayed: money added to a card may appear on the card balance later than usual. Delayed top-ups will be completed once the issue is resolved. You do not need to top up again

We are still working on restoring some Paysera Visa card features. The situation is improving, but you may still notice the following: - Card number or CVV code does not load in the Paysera app. Please try again in a few minutes. - Money you added to your card does not appear on the card balance yet. It will appear once the issue is resolved, so please do not top up again. - The card balance in the app is not up to date. We apologise for the inconvenience and will post the next update as soon as everything is working normally.
