    We are investigating an issue causing to new sign ins to the Payments Hub portal to be slow for some users. This is NOT impacting processing; devices and terminals are not impacted.

    The issue has been identified and a fix applied. All impacted services have now recovered. Users are now able to sign in to the Hub as usual.
