   At this time, we are experiencing an outage on the Transfers endpoints. As such, Crypto Deposits are impacted and customers may experience delays in processing.

   We are currently experiencing issues with our blockchain node providers that are impacting the performance of crypto withdrawals and deposits on the Solana blockchain. Customers may experience delays in transaction processing. Our Engineering team is actively investigating and working to resolve the issue. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

   Our Engineering team continues to work on the issue and has been switching between multiple node providers as part of the mitigation efforts. Unfortunately, we are still experiencing performance issues at this time. We will provide another update as soon as more information becomes available.

   Our Engineering team continues to investigate the issue impacting crypto transfers and deposits on the Solana blockchain. At this time, there has been no significant progress toward resolution, and performance delays are still occurring. We are actively working with our node providers to identify the root cause and restore normal processing. We will share another update as soon as more information becomes available.
