The Panopto NA Cloud experienced a performance degradation in general website usage. Our cloud operations team has investigated the issue, and the source of the performance degradation has been mitigated. We are monitoring performance metrics to ensure the issue is resolved and we’ll update here as soon as we know more. Our next update will be within 24 hours. What does this mean? During the period of degraded performance, general website performance was slower and some operations may have timed out and failed.
