    We are currently investigating an incident affecting our OVHcloud Control Panel (Manager) & API services. When accessing your resources for any Canada (CA) region via the OVHcloud Control Panel or API, you will receive HTTP 500 errors. To be clear, the services within the CA region remain online and accessible, however you will be unable to manage them or make changes via the OVHcloud Control Panel (Manager) or API. Here are some supplementary details : Start time : 21/07/2026 16:09 UTC Impacted Service(s) : The OVHcloud Control Panel (Manager) returned an HTTP 500 error for resources in the Canada (CA) region. Customers Impact : Customers are temporarily unable access or make changes to their impacted services in CA via OVHcloud Control Panel (Manager) or API. Ongoing Actions : Our teams are investigating to determine the origin of the incident and fix it. We will keep you updated on the progress and resolution.
