The issue has been resolved and all sites are functional. We are currently tracking down downstream caching issues that are affecting display issues.

We have restored full functionality to all sites. Due to DNS caching, there may be some intermittent display issues that can be resolved by fully refreshing cache and reloading the page. We are continuing to monitor for errors.
