We’re aware of an issue in the SP Dashboard: When an Identity Provider federation is toggled and saved, the user interface fails to display the actual underlying data upon page refresh.

We are aware of an intermittent issue where the Identity Providers panel may not show the correct settings when viewing a connection in the Service Provider dashboard. If a connection is saved in this state it could remove access for the Service Provider to the federations that they were previously a part of. We advise Service Providers against updating your connections until the issue has been rectified. Who this affects Service Providers & End users How this may impact you Connections affected by this issue will mean content won't be available to the Service Provider's customers in the federations that are no longer selected.
