    An incident in critical infrastructure caused a service disruption of Ongoing WMS starting around 10 PM Swedish time. A fix has been implemented and it is now operational again. We will keep monitoring this issue over the weekend.

    On Friday night, we successfully redirected traffic to bypass the faulty equipment. No further issues were observed over the weekend, and Ongoing WMS has remained fully operational since then. Although we have redundant hardware and automatic failover mechanisms in place, the failover did not occur as expected during this incident. Our team is conducting a thorough investigation into the root cause to prevent similar issues in the future. Note that this incident affected neither API access nor the scheduled executions of integrations developed by Ongoing.
