- investigating Mar 27, 2026, 08:15 AM UTC
We are currently investigating an issue impacting customers in the APP-DE environment, where previously generated email notifications from 3 March onwards are being re-transmitted. These notifications may relate to historical activities, such as assessments, data subject requests, or other system events, and may appear unexpected or no longer relevant. This behaviour is not the result of any new activity within your environment, but rather the reprocessing of earlier notification events. As a result, some users may receive emails that do not reflect recent actions. Our engineering teams are actively investigating the root cause and taking steps to prevent further unintended notifications. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.
- resolved Mar 27, 2026, 04:29 PM UTC
Following a period of monitoring, we can confirm the issue has been resolved. We want to reassure customers that all emails and notifications sent were tied to legitimate historical activity and were not the result of spurious behaviour. We understand that this incident caused confusion, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. A full Root Cause Analysis (RCA) will be made available within the next 10 days.
