On 11 September, from 01:17 UTC to 21:00 UTC, the Consent Receipts application experienced multiple intermittent outages lasting between 2 and 7 minutes each. The cumulative service disruption totaled 1 hour and 11 minutes. The issue was attributed to a service degradation within a third-party message broker infrastructure The intermittent outages were caused by a localized infrastructure degradation within a third-party message broker provider supporting the Consent Receipts service. The issue resulted in intermittent request failures affecting Consent Receipt API operations and related workflows. The provider implemented mitigation measures to stabilize the affected infrastructure and restore normal service operation. Following recovery, service performance returned to expected levels, and no further customer impact was observed.
