We experienced an internal technical issue which had resulted in PayNow on Mon 23 Jan between 09:20 and 10:30 (GMT+8), during which, PayNow charges failed. Our teams had investigated and rectified the issue right away. All services were back to normal as of Mon 23 Jan from 10:30 onwards. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
