Mastercard informs that their customers may experience the 3DS transaction failures. And they are urgently working to mitigate the issue and restore service to all customers.

We experienced an internal technical issue which had resulted in the Mastercard 3DS service, during which, some Mastercard 3DS transactions may fail.
