We are currently investigating reports that the Nylas dashboard is not displaying any logs. We have confirmed that our system is recording the logs. They are just not shown on the Nylas dashboard.

We identified the cause of the issue affecting log visibility in the Nylas Dashboard and have deployed a mitigation. Dashboard logs are now loading normally for customers. We will continue to monitor the service closely while we work with a third-party provider to fully resolve the underlying issue.
