Middle East CMS – Service Update: The Middle East CMS is now loading correctly following the earlier AWS infrastructure incident in the me-central-1 (Middle East) region. The API has not been impacted by this outage and remains fully operational. At this time, we are observing an issue with the content upload area, where new content uploads may fail due to ongoing AWS CloudFront/S3 errors. All other platform functionality remains operational. The EU CMS remains fully operational and unaffected. We continue to monitor all related services closely and will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available. For the latest updates directly from AWS, please visit the AWS Health Dashboard: https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status

**Update – ME-Central-1 Service Recovery in Progress** - 6th March 2026 Services in the **ME-Central-1** region are beginning to recover following the ongoing AWS regional incident. The CMS is now responding: https://secure.me-central-1.nowsignage.com/ **Current status** ✅ No data loss detected ✅ CMS and API services responding ✅ Screens able to connect normally ✅ Image uploads working ⚠️ Video uploads are currently unavailable due to the ongoing AWS MediaConvert outage ⚠️ Some images and videos may not load correctly in the CMS or on screens **Temporary workaround** If screens are not displaying certain content, we recommend temporarily removing any non-loading images or videos from playlists. Images that are failing can be re-uploaded if needed. Please **do not re-upload videos yet**, as video processing is still unavailable. AWS services in this region remain unstable, and the AWS management console is still experiencing issues, which limits our ability to perform some operational tasks. We will continue monitoring the situation and will provide further updates as AWS restores full service in the region.

Update – ME-Central-1 Service Recovery Ongoing – 24th March 2026 Services in the ME-Central-1 region have largely recovered following the recent AWS regional incident. The CMS is accessible: https://secure.me-central-1.nowsignage.com/ Current status ✅ No data loss detected ✅ CMS and API services operational ✅ Screens connecting normally ✅ Image uploads working ✅ Video uploads have now been restored ⚠️ Some performance issues remain, particularly with CMS loading times ⚠️ Some media may still intermittently fail to load in the CMS or on screens Notes The critical service disruption has now been resolved. However, we are continuing to monitor ongoing performance issues affecting CMS responsiveness, which may result in slower load times than usual. If any content fails to display correctly, reloading or re-uploading images may help. Video functionality is now restored, and uploads can resume as normal. We will continue to monitor system performance closely and provide further updates if needed.

Frequently asked questions

What is NowSignage's uptime?
Over the last 90 days, NowSignage reported 100.00% uptime on its official status page. That figure is calculated from the public incident timeline at https://nowsignage.statuspage.io — each minute of degraded, partial-outage, or major-outage status counts against the total. Sign up to Pingoru free to see NowSignage's uptime history rolling forward in real time.
Has NowSignage had outages in 2026?
Yes — NowSignage has had 1 incident reported on its official status page so far in 2026. The full timeline (start times, durations, components affected) is shown above on this page. Pingoru re-checks the status page every 5 minutes so the count stays current.
When was the last NowSignage outage?
The most recent NowSignage incident was "Incident: Middle East CMS Service Disruption (AWS me-central-1)", which started on March 2, 2026 and was resolved on April 23, 2026. Pingoru captured this directly from https://nowsignage.statuspage.io. See the full incident card above for affected components and the update timeline.
How often does NowSignage have outages?
Based on the last 90 days, NowSignage averages 0.3 reported incident per month on its official status page. Pingoru tracks each one with start time, duration, severity, and affected components — so you can see the pattern at a glance instead of digging through the vendor's archive.
Where is NowSignage's status page?
NowSignage's official status page is https://nowsignage.statuspage.io. Pingoru polls it every 5 minutes and renders the same data here, alongside every other cloud or SaaS provider you depend on — so you can spot multi-vendor incidents (e.g. AWS + Stripe + Cloudflare degrading at the same minute) without flipping between tabs.
Is NowSignage down right now?
NowSignage is up. Pingoru checks the official status page every 5 minutes and flips this headline the moment NowSignage reports a change. Current status is based on 4 tracked services.
How does Pingoru know if NowSignage is down?
We read https://nowsignage.statuspage.io directly, using NowSignage's own status page. If the vendor reports an incident, you see it within one check cycle — not after someone manually marks the page as down.
Where can I get notified when NowSignage has an outage?
Create a free Pingoru account and add NowSignage as a monitor. You can filter to specific services, pick severity thresholds, and route alerts via email, Slack, Discord, or a webhook.
NowSignage's status page says the service is up, but I'm having issues — what's wrong?
Three common reasons: • A real NowSignage incident that hasn't been acknowledged on their public status page yet — vendor status pages are updated manually and typically lag the first customer reports by 10–30 minutes. • A regional or account-scoped issue affecting a subset of customers — these rarely trigger a global status-page change. • A local problem: ISP / DNS / your own software. Try reproducing from a mobile data connection and from a different network to isolate. If you suspect a real NowSignage issue that isn't reflected yet, contact their support to escalate. Subscribing here means you get the alert the moment they do post an update.
Where does Pingoru get the official NowSignage status?
We use NowSignage's own status page at https://nowsignage.statuspage.io. Nothing is read in a way the vendor hasn't explicitly made public — we use the same data their own dashboard uses. So our data is as accurate as what you'd see loading the status page yourself, but rolled into one dashboard alongside every other service you depend on.
What does "Up" mean?
All tracked NowSignage components are reporting operational. No incidents are currently affecting service.

Stop finding out from your users.

We watch NowSignage's official status page every 5 minutes. The moment they report an incident, you get an email — often before the outage is widely noticed.
