    NetDocuments experienced a delay in indexing on 15 April 2025 in the AU Service. If new documents were added between 9:00 AM and 11:00am, it is possible they would not have been immediately available in search results or visible in Workspaces. As of 11:10 AM, we had identified the issue and the indexing queues had processed all outstanding requests, and new document indexing times had returned to normal operating levels. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
