NetDocuments AU experienced a minor incident on July 20, 2023 affecting Search and Platform, lasting 13h 57m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We are investigating an issue with Search affecting a limited number of customers. This is mostly affecting users who are searching for a Workspace using "Go To Workspace" in ndOffice. Workaround - use Recent Workspaces. If the Matter is not in Recent Workspaces, search for and navigate to the workspace in the Web platform, and it will appear in Recent Workspaces. Other behaviours may be slow search results, navigating when using Move/Copy, and List Views taking longer than usual to display. Issue - Entering information in "Go To Workspace" in ndSave does not take the user to the workspace. Workaround - After entering the client/matter, scroll down to Recent Workspaces and the matter can be navigated to from there. Other behaviours may be slow search results, navigating when using Move/Copy, and List Views taking longer than usual to display.
