A subset of users working with ndOffice using the built-in browser authorisation methods are experiencing issues with connecting to ndOffice. The error reports: Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://au.netdocuments.com/neWeb2/OAuth.aspx?" on this server. We have some work arounds available in some circumstances as the platform remains available, please contact support if you need assistance or wish to explore those. We are working towards resolution with our partners on the issue.
