We're currently investigating reports of degraded service for a small portion of our network. While this continues callers may experience delays on inbound and outbound calling. Our Network Operation Centre are investigating with urgency and will provide another update before 10:30am.

The affected call traffic has been addressed and users should see calls returning to normal. Secondary issue related to Desktop App statuses is currently under investigation with high priority. Our team continue to monitor and will provide a further updated by 11am.

All affected call traffic has been restored and we're also seeing secondary Desktop App symptoms return to normal around 10:05am. Monitoring will continue throughout the day and incident will be kept open in the interim.
