Munzee Blog went down
We've had to temporarily disable some functionality within the Munzee Android app to comply with the latest Google Play policies. We're working hard to bring back as much of the functionality as we can.

Firebase is currently having issues with their authentication system, which is causing issues with both the Munzee App and Website. We will let everyone know as soon as it is back up and running.

We're aware of an issue that caused the Flat DHS scatter event to end earlier than expected. We apologize for any frustrations and will post an announcement tomorrow with our plan to make this up to those affected.

To rectify this situation, we have taken the following steps: Flat DHS Scatter Event Extension: We have extended the Flat DHS scatter event until Sunday, June 18th, at 23:59 MHQ. This will give all players an opportunity to capture the Flat DHS Scatters they missed during the downtime. Screen Cleaning Badge: Additionally, we will be automatically granting the Screen Cleaning Badge to any players who captured at least 3 or more Flat DHS during the final 12 hours the scatters should have been active. This is our way of acknowledging your dedication and efforts despite the unfortunate circumstances. We want to express our gratitude to the Munzee community for your patience and understanding during this time. We're currently investigating issues with scatters not leaving the map. Other areas of the game may also be impacted and orders may be delayed from the store. We will post another update as soon as the issues have been resolved.
We have identified and resolved the main issues related to archiving and delayed processing of orders, etc. Some scatters may still be slow to archive as the queue is still catching up with all of the Leap Day scatters from earlier today. The team will continue to monitor the system for now to ensure things continue to run smoothly.
