    We are measuring an increased error rate when our water devices are connecting to our backoffice. We are currently investigating the issue.

    The situation improved a lot, but we are still seeing (some) problems. We will investigate the problem again.

    We have not observed any more issues. The root cause is still being investigated. All devices that missed their connect window should report back within 6 to 24 hours (depending on configuration). We estimate that about 300 devices were affected.
