Amazon Web Services fixed the degradation issue that caused the functionality and product outages for Morningstar. The problem occurred because Amazon Web Services experienced error rates and latencies with their services in the US-EAST-1 Region that Morningstar relies on. Due to this issue, Morningstar data feeds or APIs scheduled to run during this time may have failed or been delayed. We are working on rerunning and redelivering any failed feeds or APIs to ensure our clients receive the latest data.
