Morningstar is continuing to experience an internet outage at our headquarters in Chicago. Specifically, this outage impacts one of our databases, causing a delay for index and performance data. Due to this issue, products containing this data will not display the most recent data until the issue is resolved. We’re working with our internet provider to restore service as quickly as possible. Our data center and network providers have resolved the internet outage impacting Morningstar. Specifically, this issue impacted one of our databases, causing a delay for updated performance, pricing, and index data. The database is now back online, and we are processing the backlog of data. Due to this issue, products containing this data will have a delay in displaying the most recent data until we clear the backlog.
