On August 22nd, we enabled a feature flag for all ledgers that enabled new functionality in the Report API. Between 10:59 and 13:55, any requests to "/report/v2/ledgers/" could have received incomplete data for both Funds and Fees. At 13:55 we reverted the change and restored the original behaviour. All requests to the Report API after 14:00 would have received complete data.
