We have identified the issue is affecting the Media services in AP and are currently working on a fix. We will update again when the fix has been deployed.

This incident has been resolved. A certificate renewal batch process failed due to the depreciation of a compute environment by our cloud provider. The compute environment has been replaced and certificates are renewing correctly again.
