    We've identified the issue. We're investigating the root cause and how to resolve, and will provide an update soon.

    We have identified the issue and are working on a fix. The user impact is as follows. If a user is able to login into Engagement, Insights 2.0 may no longer be an option in the navigation for Engagement. If accessing the Global User Management landing page, selecting Intelligence option may hang indefinitely. The fix we are working on should address both of these impacts.

    A fix has been applied and system should be coming back online. Access to Insights 2.0 and Intelligence via Global User Management should start working for everyone shortly. We will be monitoring for the next day. The data in the integrations may be out of sync - we are going to be re-syncing to fix any out of sync issues - this could take several hours.

    Insights 2.0 / Intelligence full recovered and operating normally
