Between 6:40pm - 6:54pm CET we experienced an infrastructure issue that affected scenario executions in the us1.make.com zone as follows: - Scenarios scheduled to run in the affected time interval were delayed by up to 18 minutes. - Scenarios that are triggered by a webhook were not executed. - Webhooks sent to the affected zone during the aforementioned time interval may not have been received. Most source systems that sends data to Make implement a retry mechanism and webhooks will be redelivered to Make. In addition to the above, login on the zone was also affected. The zone is now stable, and we are continuing to monitor the situation

The fix has been completed and is getting ready to be deployed. We identified the following workarounds: 1. Affected customers can still create new AI Agents directly from a scenario canvas. In order to create a new agent, create a new scenario, add the Make AI Agents -> Run an agent module. Then click the "Create agent" button. 2. Affected customers who need to modify the configuration of their existing AI agent can do so partially from the scenario canvas. In order to modify agent's configuration, navigate to the scenario from which a particular agent is called. Click on the Run an agent module to view agent's details and optionally modify them.

Due to an incident in Amazon Web Services, Make platform was impacted today from 08:50 CEST. Current Impact: Some scenarios may still experience delays. In addition, certain scenarios connected to third-party services were temporarily disabled due to the AWS impact on those third-party providers as well. Grid: us.grid.make.com is currently not fetching new data due to the ongoing AWS issue. Next Steps: We have identified the cause as an ongoing AWS incident and are monitoring their recovery progress.

Our integration relies on this specific version, which is not deprecated and should therefore not receive breaking changes.
