Hosted Exchange + Maintenance - June 28, 2014

Update timeline

   Mailprotector Engineers will be performing upgrades to our Exchange + systems during the regular scheduled maintenance window on the morning of Saturday, June 28, 2014. This maintenance will be focused on Cumulative Updates and database performance maintenance. From 12:00am through 05:00am, we will failover to distributed mailbox servers and isolate each node individually while being upgraded. We do not anticipate any interruption in mail flow during this time, however, the management console will be unavailable for the duration of this maintenance window. Users will be able to send and receive normally but any account maintenance including adding or modifying mailboxes, changing passwords, or any other type of mailbox maintenance will need to be performed outside of this window. We will send a reminder prior to, update the status page with 'In Progress' updates, and send a final notification when this maintenance is complete.
