Maintenance Details As part of an ongoing commitment to provide world-class email services, Mailprotector continually enhances its systems. Mailprotector engineers will be performing maintenance on our Southeast US data center on July 3 from 10:00pm to 2:00am Eastern. During this maintenance window, legacy Mailprotector Transport systems will be termporarily unavailable. Impact to Mailprotector Customers During this scheduled upgrade period, while not anticipated, there may be a brief service interruption lasting no longer than 30 minutes when attempting to send outbound email through Mailprotector systems. This email will queue and deliver automatically once outbound services have been restored. Inbound email should not be affected as long as you have all Mailprotector ranges allowed to your mail server/firewall or are hosted with Maiilprotector (CloudMail/Exchange +). If you have not already done so, please update your network to accept smtp traffic from the full list of Mailprotector IP's. Doing so will ensure no inbound email is delayed during this maintenance period. For a full list of Mailprotector IP's, see our knowledge base artcle here. To check the status of your domain(s), navigate to Domains -> Status and we will verify automatically from all current IP ranges. Questions If you have any questions regarding this maintenance, contact Mailprotector Support at 1.800.393.4840 or email [email protected]. If there are any changes or other issues, we will post an update on our status page. Thank you, Mailprotector Support Team
