Effective July 1, 2021 - RS1 is no longer supported. Make the Transition to Remote Services 2 (RS2) RS2 includes all of the functionality of RS1 but with added features and using MagTek Reader Configuration applications. MagTek Reader Configuration Programs are a suite of applications running on a variety of operating systems and are designed to leverage services for secure key injection and device configuration of MagTek MagneSafe readers. Available for Windows> iOS> and Android> Contact Support at your Earliest Convenience - New Activation Required In order to ensure a smooth transition and no disruption of service, we recommend contacting Magensa support at [email protected] to request new RS2 credentials and to download the appropriate MagTek Reader Configuration application to interface with your devices.
