Starting 11:32am (PT) we encountered a network issue which would intermittently affect inbound traffic to the following service endpoints svc1.magensa.net svc2.magensa.net svc3.magensa.net svc4.magensa.net Remote Services (RS2/3) TEConntect Invoices.magensa.net The issue was determined to be a failed Web Application Firewall which has been taken out of service. Traffic has returned to normal availability.
