    Users are unable to recharge their iPrint balance online. Users are encouraged to attend the library Level 2 autoloader (with notes not coins) as a workaround. We are working to resolve this and apologise for any inconvenience caused.     A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. Users are encouraged to recharge online until the physical loaders/payment machines in the library are fixed.
