    Some Microsoft Windows users are experiencing Blue Screen and forced restart. We have also identified the following applications are impacted: - Ascender Pay - Password Change Portal - iPrint We are working to understand the cause and resolve this and apologise for any inconvenience caused. OneHelp Reference Number: INC0173613 for Blue Screen + forced restart. Services Affected: Microsoft Windows, Ascender Pay, Password Change Portal.     The issue has been identified and the workaround includes an automatic reboot that should resolve your issue. Where the reboot does not resolve your issue, please present in person to the IT Service Desk, located at 18 Wallys Walk (Ground Floor) to receive further technical support.
