Macmillan Learning LaunchPad Outage History

Our technical team is actively investigating an issue which is resulting in assignments that were completed by students not reporting to the gradebook and in some cases still showing as "In Progress". **No grades have been lost.** Grades are recorded in the background but they will not currently show up in either Achieve or downstream in local Learning Management System's gradebooks. Students can continue to submit assignments and grades will eventually show up in the gradebook. We will continue to send updates until grades are reporting as expected.

We are currently experiencing a delay in student grades appearing in the gradebook. Student grades are NOT lost. No further action needs to be taken and the grades do eventually appear. Our technical teams are actively engaged and working on addressing the issue. We will provide an update when we have more information.

There have been reports that some users are experiencing an issue with LearningCurve assignments. Our team is investigating. If your LearningCurve activity is blank, please try our troubleshooting steps (https://mhe.my.site.com/macmillanlearning/s/article/Assignments-appearing-blank-or-not-loading) and specifically, please clear your browser's cache and cookies and then refresh the page.

Earlier today, some Higher Ed customers reported issues loading their eBook tab within Achieve. Most commonly, impacted customers are seeing a "cw-services-live.macmillanlearning.com refused to connect" error message. The team is actively addressing the issue, and we will provide further updates as soon as possible. For now, we recommend that instructors make at least one reading activity visible in their course, as students can access their eBook from either an available reading activity on their Course Home page or through their VitalSource Bookshelf.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting our Higher Ed users who see long load times or blank pages when attempting to access Achieve. We will share more updates as soon as they are available.

Achieve is experiencing issues. The team is aware and engaged to bring the system back online.
