    Our payment partner, Flutterwave, is upgrading its core transaction databases. Some Luno payment services that rely on this partner may be affected while the work is in progress. Scheduled maintenance on Saturday, 10 October 2026, from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM UTC What you may notice: Some deposits or withdrawals may be delayed, queued or time out. Payment status may take longer than usual to update, especially near the end of the window. What you should do: Check the status of a pending transaction in your Luno account before trying again, so you don't send it twice. Your funds are not at risk. Delayed transactions will complete once the upgrade is done.
