Our team has currently identified an issue whereas our platform is currently experiencing a higher loading time than usual, and may be causing pages to be slower or unresponsive. We're investigating the cause and will provide an update as soon as possible.

Our team has been able to identify the cause of this issue to an increased load on our database caused by a long-running request. This has now been terminated and users should no longer face any further impact to this end. The latency could have affected the ability of some users to access their rooms as well as impacted certain session recordings.
