On November 8 2025, customers using services hosted in our Mumbai (in-bom-2) and Chennai (in-maa) datacenters may have experienced packet loss and connection timeouts due to an issue with a third party transit provider. We are working with the provider to determine the cause of the issue. We will be monitoring this to ensure that it remains stable.
