    Dear valued customer, The outage incident we reported to you earlier, is entirely resolved. Description and possible impact: Due to maintenance work on our ticketing system, the incoming and outgoing email channels stopped working. After applying the relevant changes, some of the emails related to old ticket were replayed and new tickets were opened. This caused some emails to be sent to customers.
