Dear Customer / Partner, We would like to notify you about an unscheduled system disturbance. Start date & time: 2026-06-16 10:20 CEST Impact: Customers may experience temporary unavailability of current data in the MyLINK 2.0 Message Log. New messages and status updates may not be visible in the portal during this period. Please note that message processing is not affected. MO and MT messages continue to be sent and received normally, and all messaging services remain fully operational. We are currently investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
