    Dear Customer / Partner, Please be informed that we are currently experiencing an unscheduled disturbance on CGI, GW2 and the MyLink 2.0. Start time: 04-05-2026 16:10 CEST Affected services: Delivery Reports (DLRs), and Mobile Originated messages (MOs). Impact: Delivery Reports and MO messages may be delayed or missing. We are currently determining the impact and will provide more information as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

    Dear Customer / Partner, Please be informed that the issue has now been resolved and traffic has returned to normal levels. Delivery Reports (DLRs) are now being delivered as expected and Mobile Originated (MOs) messages are being processed without issues. We will continue to monitor the platform closely to ensure full stability. We would like to emphasize that Mobile Terminated (MT) messages were not affected by this incident. The impact was limited to Mobile Originated (MO) messages and Delivery Reports (DLRs). Please note that a limited portion of DLRs and MOs may have been permanently lost during the incident. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
