We're aware of an issue affecting the sending of WhatsApp templates and have identified the root cause: the problem is specifically impacting templates that do not contain placeholders. Templates with placeholders are unaffected. Our team is actively working on a fix. In the meantime, as a temporary workaround, we recommend creating new templates that include placeholders. In our release on the evening of Friday, September 19th, we released changes that conflicted with our documented Content Security Policy. As a consequence, Website Widgets integrated on websites using our documented Content Security Policy no longer load. Websites not using CSP are not affected. We are working on rolling back the relevant changes.
