    We are currently investigating an issue that is intermittently affecting the email/calendar integration permissions. Issues impacting the email/calendar integration were noticed around 5:30 AM PST on 6/18/2025. Users may intermittently experience issues with granting permissions to email and contacts. Our Engineering teams are actively working to resolve this as soon as possible.

    We are currently investigating an issue that is intermittently affecting the interview scheduling/feedback submission workflows. Issues impacting feedback form submissions were noticed around 12/6/2024 at ~6:30 am Pacific time. Users may intermittently experience multiple feedback on a panel being associated with a single user. Our Engineering teams are actively working to resolve this as soon as possible.

    We have identified an issue with Mailgun, affecting customers using a Lever-created Sub-domain, Lever Mail, and email notifications. We are working to fix this as soon as possible. We became aware of this issue at 9:30 am PDT, and affected users will see emails from Lever Mail fail to send, may not receive email notifications, and customers using SPF/ICS will temporarily be unable to send emails or schedule interviews. We will keep you updated as we continue monitoring this issue and await further information.
