We are currently investigating an issue that is resulting in 500 errors when attempting to access Lever. Our Engineering teams are actively working to resolve this as soon as possible.

A fix has been implemented for the issue causing “500 error” messages when accessing Lever. Customers should now be able to access/utilize Lever. We’re currently monitoring to ensure that there are no further issues, and we’ll send a final update to confirm that there have been no recurrences.

The issue where users were ynable to access Lever has been resolved. The incident occurred on December 13, 2024 from 7:15 PM PST to 2:47 AM PST.
