    We're investigating degraded performance in our application and API, in our US region. Other regions/services are unaffected.

    We've implemented workarounds for a significant AWS incident, and will continue to monitor performance. For now, all requests to our US region should once again be working as expected. This includes API calls.

    We can confirm that the AWS issue has had no further effect on our US-based portals. We now consider the matter closed. Our apologies for the inconvenience of the earlier disruption.
