    Lakeside Software is currently experiencing an outage related to the SysTrack Cloud Edition impacting Optum. The outage is currently impacting our endpoint connections service. During the outage child endpoints will not be able to communicate with our backend services, preventing real-time system performance monitoring using tools like Resolve, Assist, or Prevent. We're actively working on identifying the root cause and will resolve the problem as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide an update as soon as all services are operational.
