From 13:07UTC to 13:25UTC Lakeside Software experienced an outage related to the SysTrack Cloud Edition impacting Optum. The outage impacted our endpoint connections service. During the outage child endpoints were not able to communicate with our backend services, preventing real-time system performance monitoring using tools like Resolve, Assist, or Prevent.
