We are currently experiencing some issues with our indexing-api.ksearchnet.com endpoint and with the Smart Category Merchandising screen within the Klevu Merchant Center. Our engineering team is looking into the root cause, and we will provide an update as soon as more information is available. Please note that Klevu search services are not impacted and are functioning as expected. We will provide further updates as soon as more information is available.
