Sep 19, 09:15 EDT Update - The maintenance will take place on 5th October 2025 from 10:00am - 12:00pm EDT (2:00pm - 4:00pm GMT/UTC). Any reminder notifications that were sent to you that may stated otherwise were by mistake and should be ignored. Sep 19, 05:19 EDT Scheduled - This is a quick note to notify you of upcoming downtime for the Kevel UI, Management API, Reporting API and Catalog ingestion. The Kevel UI, Management API, Reporting API and Catalog ingestion will be down for maintenance on Sunday October 5th, 2025 from 10:00am - 12:00pm EDT (2:00pm - 4:00pm GMT/UTC). Ad serving will be unaffected by this downtime. Please note: - Save any changes prior to the maintenance window in order to avoid losing your work. During this maintenance period: - Ad serving and the Decision API will be unaffected. - Users will be unable to load or save changes in the Kevel UI. - API calls to the Management API will result in errors. - Customers will not be able to upload product feeds to the Catalog system during this time - New reports will not be able to be created.
