Update timeline

  1. investigating Jul 28, 2026, 08:44 PM UTC

We're experiencing an elevated level of API errors and are currently looking into the issue. We are investigating elevated latency and intermittent errors affecting consent API requests in our EU (Frankfurt) region. We are increasing database capacity and will provide an update shortly.

  2. identified Jul 28, 2026, 08:52 PM UTC

We have identified the cause as capacity constraints on a backend database serving our EU region, resulting in elevated latency and intermittent errors on consent read and write requests. We are increasing capacity and expect gradual improvement.

  3. monitoring Jul 28, 2026, 09:06 PM UTC

Database cluster capacity continues to increase, and latency in our EU region has begun to return to normal levels. We are continuing to monitor before marking this as resolved.

  4. monitoring Jul 29, 2026, 12:20 AM UTC

We are continuing to monitor for any further issues.
