On August 11th 2026 at approximately 14:00 UTC, we began seeing elevated error rates in the Microsoft Graph endpoint used for synchronization of backup jobs. The issue only affect connectors created since August 10th 2026. All connectors created prior to this continue to work as expected. In collaboration with our Microsoft account managers we have confirmed that the issue in with the vendor, and that we are unable to perform mitigating action from Keepit's end. It's imperative for us to emphasize, that all existing backups are unaffected by this issue! We will provide further updates when we receive more information from Microsoft

No change to the situation reported yesterday. We remain in active contact with Microsoft and are awaiting their resolution. We will provide a further update within 24 hours or sooner if new information becomes available
